Poster presentation guidelines

The poster session will be held on Monday, 4 July 2016 in the workshop area at the Scandic Hotel and Conference Center beginning at 16:00 and ending at 18:00.

There are 2 general poster areas, one on the left hand side of the plenary rooms (all posters with paper codes starting with MOPL) and one on the right hand side of the plenary room (all posters with paper codes starting with MOPR).

Poster boards will be available. ATTENTION, CHANGE IN OVERALL POSTER PANEL SIZE! The usable poster board size is 950 x 1200 mm (37.3" x 47.25"). Please prepare posters in A0/portrait format.

Posters can be hung from Monday morning and should be installed by lunch time. They need to be manned during the poster session.

Any posters remaining on Monday, 2016 July 4 at 6:15 pm will be removed and discarded.
