Paper preparation

All work that is properly presented at HB2016 will be included in the proceedings, which will be published at the JACoW website shortly after the workshop.

Paper submission is enabled now, and the deadline for the receipt of final contributions to the Proceedings of HB2016 is Wednesday, 2016 June 29 at midnight CET (GMT+1).

All contributions should be uploaded via the Internet according to the Electronic Submission instructions which will be published on this workshop's website later on. Authors are reminded that, since no contributions are accepted for publication only, any paper accepted for presentation which is not presented by one of the authors at the workshop will be excluded from the proceedings.

Furthermore, the Scientific Programme Committee reserves the right to refuse papers for publication that have not been properly presented in the poster sessions.

Please note that manuscripts of contributions to the proceedings (or enlargements of them) are not considered as posters, and papers presented in this way will not be accepted for publication.

Length of Contributions

Papers for all contributions (invited oral and poster presentations) may be up to 5 pages long excluding the references, i.e. references could occupy a sixth page.

JACOW Templates

Authors are advised to use the current JACoW templates. Select the appropriate template from those offered in the index on the left.

The JACoW Templates have recently been updated and they contain more detailed information to help authors submit their work for publication. Authors are invited to pay careful attention to the formatting of references and citations.

Ensure that the template downloaded corresponds to the version of software you are using. Do not transport documents across different platforms e.g. MAC < > PC or across different versions of Word on the same platform. The templates contain styles which, when applied, will automatically ensure correct typesetting and layout.
