Online registration (for all attendees) will be open from 2015 December until 2016 June 15. All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee, including invited speakers and chairpersons. Admission to the conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring a proof of payment to the conference for registration check-in.

The delegate registration includes

•    Admission to all the sessions and exhibitions of the workshop
•    Any documents issued by the conference
•    Social events: welcome reception and banquet
•    Morning and afternoon coffee breaks each day
•    Lunch each day

The accompanying person registration includes

•    Social events: welcome reception and banquet

You will need a JACoW username and password to register for the conference. If you have attended, exhibited at, or submitted an abstract to a member conference of JACoW (the Joint Accelerator Conferences Website collaboration), you should already have a profile. If you are new to these conferences or have forgotten your username, signing up is easy; just click the link above and follow the instructions under "Are you a new user?" Accompanying persons should be registered (and their fee paid) by the main delegate.

Payment

You may pay the registration fee with a credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD ONLY) at the end of the online registration process through a secure online payment platform called DIBS, or you can pay the registration fee via bank transfer. All payments must be done in Swedish Kronor (SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the participant.

The registration fee is determined by the date the payment is transferred, not the date of registration. This means if you register on April 23, but you make the transfer after May 23, 23:59 CET, you will have to pay the late registration fee.

You are kindly asked to complete the fee payment within 10 days of submitting your registration. Once payment is received, confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail from the local organisers at hb2016 [at] esss [dot] se.

Please write your FULL NAME and HB2016 clearly on the order of all bank transfers. This will allow the organisers to trace your payment as quickly and easily as possible. Failure to do this may mean that your transfer is lost in the system, and you will have problems at registration.
